The recipes of Chef Jacques-Antoine Deslauriers are devilishly good, especially his spectacular jumbo plate of BBQ spare ribs, the best in the region! Not far behind come the burgers: beef, chicken and salmon burgers or even the juicy vegetarian burger with nuts! Discover a variety of dishes with flavours from around the world. Here French onion soup mingles with salads, items from the grill, nachos, chicken wings, European sausage, pasta and sandwiches.
